Tide Has Turned. Key Speaker, Less Stress & Future Plans are Much Clearer.

If you have been following my journey, you are probably looking forwards to hearing what results I got working with The First Pillar.
One thing I can tell for sure is that I did not expect the changes that actually have happened. But let's take it step by step.

It took me just under a week to complete the first day within the Pillar.
That's a set of meditations that work to transform my relationship with the world around me as such.
Since I already knew how exactly things show up for me in my life all I was left to do is to take myself through those medications when and as I could.
With a client that will take a day: analysis plus three mediations, each of which can last anything between one and a few hours (very personal).
Let me step out of the story line & explain a little bit about the work flow and why it's the way it is.
In the way I designed the work flow I've added the time in between each pillar for what I've called "something that will come up" for a person. Why am I so sure that it will?
First of all, if it wouldn't you would more likely already have what you want. Since you don't, something is blocking you.
Secondly, you might ask can the pillar itself be what's stopping you and that's it?
There is a chance, but fairly slim I would say. Because a distorted approach to life within any of the Pillars rarely will result in you not developing some unhealthy habits, or not creating behavioural loops that will keep stopping you from getting where you want to get.
So by changing the fundations is important to also work with what will come up as a holding mechanism. In other words that something is what was keeping distorted view on the Life within the Pillar in the first place & almost impossible to detect if you don't work with the Pillar.
WHAT CAME UP FOR ME
In may case, for instance, I thought that the problem will lye in my views on money, success etc. But surprisingly what came up for me shocked me.
It was my health and my energy levels.
Not having energy and poor health with being "lazy" to fix it were supporting behaviours to keep my first pillar distorted.
Literally within an hour of completing the pillar and feeling so good & excited, I suddenly became exhausted and for the next few weeks was felling asleep in my own meditations... so I needed to take it slow going forwards. Fighting with yourself is never a good idea!
WHAT HAS CHANGED BY THE END OF THE FIRST PILLAR?
Once I have sorted out the foundations, working with health became my primary thing - & that was a challange that I'm still going through. So I can't say that I completed the first Pillar fully.
Nevertheless there are results I can't help but notice and celebrate as my win:
✓ First and foremost I no longer feel what I used to call a background anxiety. I less and less expect someone or something to attack me, and feel more open to people and the world in general. Which makes me smile more naturally & I love it :)
✓ I started to look at the world and life events as an opportunities rather than blockers. Although not fully & not always.
✓ I became more interested in things. Before I often didn't give a damn about anything, was loosing my interest often & quickly. But now I notice how I want to read another book, making a list of things to watch, to experience and making baby steps in the direction I want to go. A little bit more every day. It's so amazing!
✓ I much easier overcome perfectionism and let myself rest without pushing myself to complete as much as possible at any cost. Less pressure on myself leads me to have less headaches and I even noticed that I correct my posture myself more often! I became aware of it in a good way :)
✓ In fact this blog and YouTube channel (execution of the idea to do it all publicly) happened only once I've completed the work with the first Pillar. Otherwise I would probably already left it and would be punishing myself internally for messing up yet another idea.

These are the subtle changes that were unrolling for me over the last month and while I'm waiting for the chance to work with the coach that I want to work with, I'm using what I know to deal with what's came up for me sufficiently. But have to be honest, I had to take it slow and stop for breaks frequently because at the moment I'm on my own.
UNEXPECTED OPPORTUNITIES
While it all was happening I was given an opportunity to be a Key Speaker during Toastmasters competition and even got potential clients from it.
I didn't network often and when I did I felt like it's never a good time to say anything work related. Or when I tried it felt creepy, so never had a good outcome from such events.
But this time conversation about my work was started by a complete stranger who became interested in what I do.
When I was looking for clients in the past I was always inviting those I know and/or their friends. This time I wasn't even selling anything.
I wasn't ready for that and didn't get a client, but still take it as a win, because the circumstance changed and so did the conversation - and that's a sign of a shift in subconscious (or automatic) behaviour as well as in response from the world.
Besides now I have developed a new feeling. Feeling that I can do it and will find all i need to get there. Now it's truly just the matter of when, no longer if and I couldn't be happier about such an outcome after The First Pillar!
CONCLUSION
I'm very happy with how the things went, the results I didn't even think I'll get. Very short it looks like that:
✓⃝ Less background worries about life
✓⃝ More ideas & clarity for my project going forwards
✓⃝ World looks more interesting & inspiring
✓⃝ Easier & quicker finding solutions to small issues that were stopping me in the past
✓⃝ Less perfection, more thoughtful action
✓⃝ I want to keep my posture straight naturally & even came back to evening walks before bed ♡
I still need to complete the work on:
● My health &
● Energy levels
To ensure I have it to be able to carry on.
Those happened to be my stoppers right now & I will be working on it by myself and with other coaches, so that the Pillar N1 is completed for me :)
