Information can easily get lost, especially if it's transformative. Brain doesn't like to change much. All it wants is to safe the energy & keep us alive, but the quality of that life is not it's concern :)

Therefore I decided to make a list of posts I wrote this month that have been dedicated to planning your year efficiently. So that you can come back to it at any point to realign ♡ ︎

Here we go:

  1. Before we start something new, we need to finish on a good note. Because as my mentor said "The energy you finish with is the energy you start the next task with". So even though that was a December's post, I believe it's important it gets on this list.

  1. Then we go into clearing up the space for future plans. No point in building anything on a dirty and wonky surface, so let's get to work:

  1. Don't rush yourself. Good things take time & so can you. And make sure to not skip this step, because what you feel about your plan will have a big impact on how it plays out throughout the year.

  1. Time to get to the juicy part:

Don't let the name to discurage you. There is more to one goal than you are probably thinking right now. So go ahead, and make your resolution.

  1. And a cherry on the top: Little sprinkles of magic information to keep you on track going forwards ✨

Now let's put it all together:

  • Once you know what your finish is, you know what transition you need to make.

  • Then clear the space (your Story) from things that no longer serve you. This year is not about them.

  • Tie up the not working behaviours & understand how you can move forward strong.

  • Make a decision that will propel you way ahead than you thought is possible.

  • & make sure that the way there will be the way that makes you smile :)

Next month we will discuss how to keep going strong. Motivation & where to find it. How to NOT finish right after you started and all that great sauce 😉 so stay tuned.

Until the next time,

Renata Dar
